The TVs received screens with very narrow frames, the display resolution of the younger model is 1366 x 768 pixels, the older one is 1920 x 1080 pixels. The TVs are equipped with a quad-core SoC with Cortex-A53 cores and a Mali-540 GPU, as well as 1GB of RAM and 8GB of flash memory.

The software will be based on Android TV 9 with the proprietary PatchWall shell. The TVs are equipped with three HDMI, two USB, RJ45 and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. The equipment of the older model also includes an optical output. Both TVs received 20-watt stereo speakers with support for DTS-HD, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n and Bluetooth 4.2.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition received a built-in Chromecast player, support for Google Assistant and Google Data Saver.
